FENDER STRATOCASTER''JV ST 115 OLYMPIC WHITE 1982''FLAGSHIP JV SERIES.(sold)
This is a highly sought after early 1983 JV ST62-115 Fender Stratocaster '62 reissue in Olympic White finish, domestic only model. If you're looking at this you probably already know about the ST62-115 model. It was the top flagship model produced in 1982 and 1983. This one is the more rare "first decal" model. There are a lot of the lower model ST62-65 and ST62-85 floating around but the ST62-115 is very hard to find. You can read more about the ST62-115 and JV Strats on the 21 frets website All the hype on these JV ST62-115 models isn't just hype. I would put this Strat up against almost any Strat out there. I think it's that great! This guitar kicks some serious A** and will only appreciate so it's a solid investment. Condition: This guitar is in Players condition ,a true Relic i would say, please expect some battle scars, like dents-scratches-dings etc. The neck is straight. The truss rod functions properly. The action is low without buzzing when played at a normal attack. The frets show some wear but still in good condition. The original 3-way switch is still installed. The electronics are the original ones,3 Usa staggered pole pieces single coils, the Usa Cts pots on the first and second tone knob read 1982,the volume pot once switched out due the original one need replacement, original orange drop capicitor, original 3 way switch, original pickguard shielded inside. the only thing is some prevoius owner scratched/burned away the made in japan on the fron headstock, this was a common thing they did way back then,i guess so it looked more like a Usa strat, this all take not away the beauty-superb sound and playability of this ST-115
Made in Japan (MIJ) by Fujigen-gakki Notable premium features: Japan only / Domestic model ST62-115 was the top flagship model Highly collectible and sought after first issue decal Premium Nitrocellulose lacquer finish Factory installed Fender U.S.A. pickups Factory installed U.S.A. GRAMMY-WINNING SOUND
Bringing to life the vision of one of the most respected guitarists in the world, the Eric Johnson Signature Stratocaster Thinline is the perfect marriage between a semi-hollow body and a traditional Stratocaster. Johnson is famous in guitar circles for questing for his ideal tone—liquid and articulate, it perfectly complements the playing style that earned his place in the modern guitar pantheon. In 2015 he approached us to co-design a lightweight, resonant instrument that combines the tones of his favorite semi-hollowbody guitars and his Stratocaster. Two years later, we hit the formula for tonal nirvana with the Eric Johnson Signature Stratocaster Thinline.

Fender stratocaster Dan Smith 1982/83 usa std Sienna Burst.
here another great Usa made Fender stratocaster, this is the Usa standard strat A.K.A. The Dan Smith strat. For the ones not know who he was !! Dan Smith came from Yamaha and was responsable to bring back the stratocaster back to its former glory. Well he did not much left from the bad reputation late 70 strats, except the decal and bridge and the F tuners, these were the same on the Dan Smith. He revamped the headstock to a smaller 60's style one,the body also got back the deep contours, pickups were the all new ones with in the bridge the now very much wanted X1 lead pup. But the quality of how they were build was so much better than the late 70 strats, this particular model only made from 82 to 83,in 83 a complete new model was launched which was not that succesfull. The Dan Smith strats are now collectors, but lots of players looking for them for the quality they have. This Dan Smith strat once had a locking nut installed,a thing many players did in the 80's with the heavy metal scene blooming up. My Luthier restored it and replaced the whole locking unit with a real bone nut,in order to do that he had to replace a piece of maple to put just behind the bone nut,all left are the holes were once was the locking unit, guitar plays so smooth and sounds awesome, the original pickups are in there, the pots once changed out, switch is original too. The pickguard looks like an aftermarket one, everything else is original, the beautiful Sienna sunburst is still in great shape, the Maple neck shows some play wear but all this is natural wear for a guitar this age,i believe it also has bigger and wider frets they are in splebdid condition and making bendings much easier. Guitar will be delivered in a good SKB hardshell case. These Dan Smith strats will be climbing in value year after year, get yourself a great piece of Fender Usa History.more pics on request

THIS FULLERTON MADE 1982 STRAT IS FROM FIRST OWNER WHO BOUGHT THE GUITAR BACK IN 1982 IN A DUTCH GUITAR STORE,INSIDE THE CAVITY'S OF THE BODY YOU CAN SEE WHERE THE LITTLE ROUND FENDER STICKER USED TO BE,IT CAME OFF AND THE SUNBURST FINISH IS SHOWING REALLY GOOD,ALSO ON THE FRONT OF THE BODY THE PREVIOUS OWNER WANTED TO CLEAN OUT A SPOT BUT CLEANED TOO HARD AND ALSO THERE THE SUNBURST WILL BECOME VISABLE.
THE NECK IS VERY VERY CLEAN,ORIGINAL FRETS 1 PIECE MAPLE NECK,PLAYS JUST AWESOME,ALSO THE BACK OF THE NECK IS VERY CLEAN,THIS GUITAR BELONGED TO A COLLECTOR RATHER THEN A PLAYER,SO IT KEPT VERY WELL THROUGH THE YEARS.
THERE ONCE WAS PUT ON A LOADED PICKGUARD OF A 62 STRAT WITH KINMANS(Hank Marvins) ON IT,HENCE THE EXTRA HOLES ON THE BODY,THE ORIGINAL BLACK BOBBINS AND 3 WAY SWITCH ARE BACK IN IT,POTS READ 13782XX.
THERE ARE ALSO SOME LETTERS WITH BLUE MARKER IN THE BODY POCKET OVER THE FIESTA RED FINISH.NECK DATE IS 8-11-82,YOU CAN ALSO SEE THE FIESTA RED ON THE BACK OF NECKHEEL AND OF COURSE IN THE BODY POCKET,SHIM YOU SEE THERE IS AFTERMARKET NOT ORIGINAL.
BRIDGE HAS THE DOUBLE STAMPED FENDER NAME ON THE SADDLE,STEEL BLOCK-TUNERS ARE THE CORRECT VINTAGE TUNERS,INPUT JACK AND STRAPHOLDERS ORIGINAL,NECKPLATE WITH SERIAL NUMBER 004350,AS YOU CAN SEE THIS IS AN EARLY 82.
THIS GUITAR REALLY FEELS LIKE AN OLD BLUE JEANS WORN IN AND READY TO ROCK,PLAYS AWESOME AND SOUNDS VERY SWEET.
CONDITION I MIGHT SAY IS VERY GOOD TO EXC,SOME DINGS AND DENTS,LITTLE PAINTCHIPS TO BE EXPECTED,BUT OVERAL VERY CLEAN FOR THE AGE.
A FULLERTON IN SUNBURST OR ORIGINAL FINISH IS ALREADY SOUGHT AFTER AND CLIMBING IN VALUE,BUT A FIESTA RED OVER SUNBURST IS REALLY HARD TO FIND AND VERY COLLECTABLE.
IT COMES WITH AN ORIGINAL CORONA 1986 FENDER ORANGE PLUSH TWEEDCASE ,THE TREM BAR AND THE ASHTRAY COVER,A FENDER FULLERTON CLOTH AND A 70'S FENDER STRAP
HERE'S YOUR CHANCE TO OWN A PIECE OF FENDER HISTORY.

FENDER USA STRATOCASTER LIMITED EDITION 50th Anniversary -1954-1996 (SOLD) ALL Original 1996 Fender Stratocaster USA 50th Anniversary Limited Edition Model (1946-1996) numbered 2207 of 2500. Comes with its Original Fender USA Hard Shell Case, Original Fender USA Gold Whammy Bar, Candy (as seen in the pics) and with brand new Ernie Ball 11-48 strings.
This Limited Edition USA Strat is ALL Original down to the last screw and is only going to appreciate in value as only 2500 were EVER produced (see full specs at the bottom of the page).
There is very little ware on the body mainly with superficial scratches (see pics) but as you can see they are very hard to notice! The body looks even better in person and unfortunately the pictures do not do it justice in my humble opinion. The neck is in excellent shape with only exceptions being a couple of marks at the back of the neck (see pics). They are very small as you can see but unfortunately are there and have been taken into consideration when pricing the Strat. It's nothing much at all and the Strat plays perfectly and is in great shape all around. I received the guitar Professionally Serviced and in top playing condition so I just changed the strings and here it is! Just tune, plug and play! You will not see many USA Strats like this one thats for sure! According to the Official Vintage Guitar Guide these guitars were built in the Fender Custom Shop but they did not come with a certificate when sold.
It's a true gem and a guitar that is a stunner with both killer tone and looks. Built in 1996 and the serial number embossed on the neckplate is S2207 of S2500.

\Fender Stratocaster'' JV ST-115 1957 R.I CANDY APPLE RED 1982'' sold'' This is a highly sought after early 1982 JV Serial ST57-115 Fender Stratocaster '57 reissue Candy Apple Red domestic only model. If you're looking at this you probably already know about the ST57-115 model. It was the top flagship model produced in 1982 and 1983. This one is the more rare "first decal" model. There are a lot of the lower model ST62-65 and ST62-85 floating around but the ST62-115 is very hard to find, especially in this very good condition. You can read more about the ST57-115 and JV Strats on the 21 frets website All the hype on these JV 115 models isn't just hype. I would put this Strat up against almost any Strat out there. I think it's that great! This guitar kicks some serious A** and will only appreciate so it's a solid investment. Condition: This guitar is in very good condition for a guitar this old. The neck is straight. The truss rod functions properly. The action is low without buzzing when played at a normal attack. The frets are in great condition. The original 3-way switch is still installed. Has the 3 vintage Usa staggered pole piece pickups ,the original 1982 Cts pots code reads 13782xx,The pickguard is crack free. It has one significant dent on the front of the body that's all, further more its very clean besides the usual little scratches etc. Also these high end st 115 models were sometimes made with a very special Fender engraved neckplate with the name of the owner in it. This St115 also has the special engraved neckplate.this one also bares the little blue sticker on the back headstock showing its a st 115 the only thing is some previous owner had once a sort of locking nut on it hence the 3 little holes behind the nut, this can easely be filled with some natural color woodfiller, this all take not away the beauty-superb sound and playability of this ST-115. It plays so smooth and wonderful vintage authentic bell sound we all looking for. The ST 115 models are a solid investment, but most of all superb guitars which are quality master built worthy.

Fender Stratocaster 1963 Pre cbs Fiesta red ! L Series (currently not for sale)
Here we have a true Gem from 1963 Fender Stratocaster, this guitar is a wonderful player,it had some changes which all be explained in this text.
First the original Paint got a Refin we believe the original paint was a fiesta red also, second the neck pickup has a rewound done by the late Steffsen of Steffen guitars & pickups.
The orginal pots were changed out due of malfunction by the best replacement set at the moment the Emerson strat set, complete with 5 way switch, oil capicitor, treble bleed, the org pots and 3 way switch are with the guitar.

FENDER STRATOCASTER 1957 USA REISSUE CORONA MADE 1986 AWESOME !!!!(SOLD)
FENDER STRATOCASTER 1957 USA REISSUE CORONA MADE 1986 AWESOME !!!!
1986 USA Fender '57 Reissue Stratocaster in Vintage White. Many of these early reissue made at the then new Corona CA Fender plant were made with leftover parts from the Fullerton plant, and most of you know how popular (and pricy) the Fullerton reissues have become, and these early Corona reissues are following suit, especially the ones using the leftover Fullerton parts (up until mid to late '87). This is one sweet sounding and great playing Strat, and it's in very good condition for it's age, no finish checking or buckle rash. The guitar does show some minor wear, a few dings, scratches, and some minor fret wear , but overall it's very clean. This Strat is very resonant, and has great tone. Includes the original Fender tweed case in great shape, whammy bar, trem cover, optional 5 way switch (never installed), owners manual (also leftover from Fullerton CA), and the original warranty card, which I'm sure is invalid now. Unlike many '57 reissues the neck is a medium C shape (not V shaped), and a little on the thin side in my opinion. Get the sound and feel of a Fullerton reissue without paying the incredibly high price. In 1986 Fender was probably producing a mere 5 - 10 Guitars a day, so the attention to detail was much higher, and just as the 82 - '84 Reissues climbed into the ?3000 - ?4000 range, these '86 models are quickly going up in value as people are starting to realize that they play, sound, and feel as good as the early 80's reissues. Neck date is 8/4/86, body is dated 9/9/86, and all the pots are stamped R1378623 ('86). No modifications. The guitar weighs 7.7 lbs. Message me for additional pictures of neck date, neck cavity date, pots & pickups.

FENDER''THE STRAT 1980'' Candy Apple Red (SOLD) 1980 Fender 'THE STRAT'' in Candy Apple Red Finish and the rosewood fretboard,it plays so smooth, the sound is very versatile, like 9 different strat sounds possible, gold hardware tuners are the original ones fender chromes, only used on the very early models
guitar body is during the years relict in a natural way,it looks great,i think Fender was ahead of its time with these series back in 1980.
a very cool guitar,top notch Fender sounds,smooth playability,includes case
The "STRAT", a customized and souped-up variation of the Stratocaster, was introduced by Fender at the 1980 NAMM Show. Designed by Gregg Wilson, then chief of guitar R&D at Fender, with the help of Dan Armstrong serving as a consultant, the STRAT tried to blend classic features with modern electronics to rejuvenate the Stratocaster concept. With the STRAT model, Fender gave a nod to the past by reinstating the smaller 1954-1965 pre-CBS headstock design (however, since the original worn-out tooling was used, the STRAT headstock, though smaller than the CBS era design, was not an entirely accurate re-creation of the pre-CBS model); and, like the 1979 25th Stratocaster Anniversary models, the STRAT was fitted with the popular pre-CBS style truss-rod adjustment and four-bolt neck plate, replacing the CBS Bullet truss rod adjustment and three-bolt neck plate.
An eye toward the future
Looking forward, in addition to offering a matching headstock (the headstock painted to match the guitar's body color), the STRAT incorporated several noteworthy features:
a hotter lead pickup (branded the X-1) with a much stronger output than the standard Stratocaster pickup (various X-1 pickups tested were between 6.0 and 8.5 ohms). *a new wiring circuitry delivering 9 different basic tones: a twin mode rotary selector switch replaced the bottom tone control which when used with the five-way pickup selector switch allowed not only for your standard 5 Stratocaster positions(tones) but also 4 "new" tones never before or since available on a Fender Stratocaster : neck and middle pickups in series - humbucking middle and bridge pickups in series - humbucking neck and bridge pickups in parallel neck and bridge pickups in parellel, with the middle pickup in series Thus, the STRAT delivered nine (5+ 4) different basic pickup tones by combining the 5-position switch with the twin rotary selector tone knob. Otherwise the STRAT was fitted with the standard 250k ohm audio taper pots and the "master" tone control carried a regular .05 MFD capacitor. This unique wiring design delivers many tones not usually associated wita Fender Stratocaster and makes the STRAT one of, if not the most, versatile of any era Stratocaster produced by Fender prior to the recently introduced S-1 switching system. *22 carat gold electroplated brass hardware including a re-designed extra massive(sustain) bridge and vibrato block, tuners, and volume/tone knobs that were officially dubbed the "Brassmaster Series". According to Fender, the hardware was actually plated with a 100 micron gold coat (the same as fine jewlery) and for that reason it's rumored that the company lost money on every unit sold. Some very early models are missing the gold tuners (same tuners but in chrome) and the gold plated pickup selector tip because of a delay in parts delivery. The STRAT could be ordered with either a one-piece maple neck or a maple neck with rosewood fretboard. Three uniquely different neck shapes were available for the STRAT: 1. U shape - a very thick early 50s style "U" shaped neck. 2. D shape - a classic oval "D" shaped neck. 3. C shape- a classic "C" wide flat shaped neck with a flat radius typically only found on 1958 to early 1959 Stratocasters. The availability of several width/thickness/radius variations indicate that there was no standard neck for the STRAT model.

Fender Telecaster''JV'' Japan Vintage 1984''The Real Deal(sold)
This beautiful JV Series Fender Telecaster is in very good condition and dus (dates to 9-8-84,) Unlike other guitars, Fender Japan's JV Series are not a purchase, but rather, they're an investment. The value of the JV Series increases year after year as they are perhaps the best quality Fenders ever made, as they are faithful reproductions the original design and features that Leo produced back in the '50s. For full details of the JV Story, Google: JV Series, and you'll read about how their first production made Fender USA executives almost cry when they saw them because their quality is so high. Here is a description and the specifications for this beautiful Fender JV Telecaster. NECK DATE: 9-8-84 (Year of Manufacture: September 8th 1984), SERIAL NUMBER: JV96870, COLOR: Butter Scotch Blonde Lacquer Finish, BODY: Premium White Ash, NECK: 1-piece Maple, Oval Type (Nitrocellulose Finish), 25.5mm / 324 Scale, MACHINE HEADS: Vintage Style Tuning Machines, FRETBOARD: 7.25 inch Radi84R) NO. The guitar is completely cloth wired, comes with its original 25 year old gig bag (also in excellent shape) minimal to zero fretwear, the neck is straight on the guitar. The guitar was well cared for over the years and in fact still has its price tag still on the back of the headstock: 65, which means it cost 65,000 yen in 1984. Also, when Fender Japan first started making the JV Series, they were making nameplates for the owners that bought them. This is very rare that the guitar till has its original owners nameplate. It says: Yutaka Hasegawa, which can easily be removed with a screw driver. All parts are original to the guitar, except the strings. This rare 26 year old JV is in excellent excellent condition. Beautiful waves of grain can be seen through the butterscotch lacquer. This JV Telecaster is a collectors item and has a warm deep tone that comes with age. FENDER JAZZMASTER 65 VINTAGE REISSUE USA (sold)
The American Vintage series introduces an all-new lineup of original-era model year guitars that bring FenderR history and heritage to authentic and exciting new life. With key features and pivotal design elements spanning the mid-1950s to the mid-1960s, new American Vintage series instruments delve deep into Fender's roots-expertly preserving an innovative U.S. guitar-making legacy and vividly demonstrating like never before that Fender not only knows where it's going, but also remembers where it came from.
The American Vintage Series has long presented some of Fender's best selling guitars (their early-'80s introduction, in fact, was one of the first signs that Fender was "back" as the CBS era ended). Today, Fender has boldly cleared the slate to make way for a fresh American Vintage series with new features, new specs and the most meticulous level of vintage accuracy yet. Rather than just replacing the previous models with different ones, we've completely and comprehensively re-imagined the entire vintage-reissue concept-restoring original tooling dies, voicing new pickups, reformulating vintage colors and more-based on actual vintage guitars we tracked down to make sure we had it right. We did the work, and it shows, because there's pure tonal magic in each new American Vintage instrument.
The American Vintage '65 JazzmasterR takes you back to the middle of that musically momentous decade, when the reverb-drenched surf had largely receded and the Jazzmaster began its steady decade-long ascent toward alternative indispensability for subversive new generations of iconoclastic guitarists. It had also acquired some elegant new design features by 1965, such as a bound round-laminated rosewood fingerboard with larger pearl dot inlays, and distinctive white "witch hat" control knobs.

Fender Stratocaster'' JV ST-115 1957 R.I 2 tone sunburst very early 1982 (sold) Fender Stratocaster'' JV ST-115 1957 R.I 2 tone sunburst very early 1982
This is a highly sought after very early 1982 JV Serial ST57-115 Fender Stratocaster '57 reissue 2 tone sunburst domestic only model. If you're looking at this you probably already know about the ST57-115 model. It was the top flagship model produced in 1982 and 1983. This one is the more rare "first decal" model. There are a lot of the lower model ST62-65 and ST62-85 floating around but the ST62-115 is very hard to find and they one they all looking for, they only pop up for sale now and then,i guess someone who owne's a ST 115 will not easily part with it. This one is dated may 26th 1982,May 1982 was also the first month Fender Japan shipped to first Jv's to the U.K,word goes that first production was in april 82,so this is a really early one.
The truss rod functions properly, the maple neck shows a bit of wear which is normal and gives charater, The frets are in VG condition. The original 3-way switch is still installed. Has the 3 vintage Usa staggered pole piece pickups ,the original 1982 Cts pots code reads 13782xx,The pickguard is crack free. Has the 115 blue sticker on the back of the headstock and the A stamp in the body pocket.
It plays so smooth and wonderful vintage authentic bell sound we all looking for.this will stand up against any customshop out there The ST 115 models are a solid investment, but most of all superb guitars which are quality master built worthy. Awesome this blast of the past Fender Telecaster 1952 reissue, one of the very first ones made in Fullerton plant,it has the ''VINTAGE'' Stamps on the neck butt and on body pocket.
Awesome guitar, plays so smooth and sounds just the way a good tele should, neck pickup is full and warm sounding whilst the bridge pickup(handwound Seymour Duncan) gives you all the Twang you need.
Frets very good, all electronics working 100%,pots date 1981,this tele is ready to rock '' includes original G&G tweed case, orange plush !
Electronics: Non original Seymour Duncan Five-Two bridge pickup, neck pickup appears to be original. 3-way selector switch, volume and tone controls. Potentiometers are dated to 1981.
Cosmetic Condition: There is play wear on the body including scratches, dings, and buckle rash on the back. The neck has some play wear but is mostly smooth and the frets show play wear but have plenty of life left in them.

FENDER FLAME A.K.A. ROBBEN FORD MODEL BLACK 1984 (sold)
FENDER FLAME MASTERSERIES MADE IN JAPAN 1984,THESE ARE VERY SOUGHT AFTER GUITARS TODAY.
THESE WERE MADE UNDER SUPERVISION OF THE NOW LEGENDARY DAN SMITH.
THIS ONE THE FLAME IS FINISHED IN BLACK,IT SHOW SOME BATTLESCARS WHICH IS NORMAL FOR THE AGE OF THE GUITAR,AND SHOWS SOME CHARACTER TOO.
THE FRONT IS VERY NICE,BUT THE BACK SHOWS LOTS OF BUCKLE RASH,WHICH QALL NOT TAKES AWAY THE PLAYABILITY AND SOUND OF THIS AMAZING GUITAR. This is the standard model with no split coil option although you could very easily add that feature. The next model has the fender TBX tone system. This standard model does not include the TBX curcuit but I have added the TBX tone pots to this model. I will include the original Tone pots as well.
FRETS ARE VERY GOOD,SOUND IS AMAZING,PLAYS LIKE BUTTER.
FENDER STRATOCASTER''CUNETTO MARY KAY 1996(sold) ONE OF THE MOST SOUGHT AFTER FENDER STRATOCASTERS TODAY IS WITHOUT ANY DOUBT A CUNETTO STRATOCASTER. For those who don't know, Vince Cunetto did all the early relic work for Fender, prior to the Time Machine Guitars. Between June of '95 to May of '99, just under 900 line relics and the occasional one offs were done. This is such a awesome example how to relic a stratocaster, this one is one of the most wanted finishes the Mary Kay Blond finish with Gold Hardware. Guitar is 100% original, included is the trem arm-trem cover-strap and of course the very important certificate signed by John Page. Also included in the period correct tweed case with center pocket. This guitar is very light of weight,it has a beefy chunky neck with a beautiful flame in it,plays very smooth, the sound is very vintage authentic strat sound. And then of course the relic job,its amazing, and only a Cunetto can look like this. These cunetto's are still climbing in price and will do so in many years to come. A great strat to play but also a good investment. Many info is up on the internet about the Cunetto's please see for yourself. Lots of pictures are available, let me know if you want to see them.
Fender Stratocaster'' JV ST-115 1957 R.I 2 tone sunburst very early 1982(sold)
This is a highly sought after very early 1982 JV Serial ST57-115 Fender Stratocaster '57 reissue 2 tone sunburst domestic only model. If you're looking at this you probably already know about the ST57-115 model. It was the top flagship model produced in 1982 and 1983. This one is the more rare "first decal" model. There are a lot of the lower model ST62-65 and ST62-85 floating around but the ST62-115 is very hard to find and they one they all looking for, they only pop up for sale now and then,i guess someone who owne's a ST 115 will not easily part with it. This one is dated may 14th 1982,May 1982 was also the first month Fender Japan shipped to first Jv's to the U.K,word goes that first production was in april 82,so this is a really early one.
It has one significant dent on the downside of the body so not in the face that's all, further more it has the usual dents-scratches for a guitar played and of this age. The pickguard and pickup covers-knobs tremtip are all aged into a kind of cream color, underneath the pickguard there is the typical signature from many people say Now masterbuilder John Cruz, the signature shows''JC'' which i have seen many times on other Jv's pickguards and on Usa vintage reissues pickguards, since all parts of the st-115 are Usa parts this could well be possible, even the well appreciated site the Fender vintage reissue shop thinks its John Cruz's signature .(picture available)(http://www.fenderreissue.com/fender-stratocaster-reissue-strat-pickguards) It plays so smooth and wonderful vintage authentic bell sound we all looking for.this will stand up against any customshop out there The ST 115 models are a solid investment, but most of all superb guitars which are quality master built worthy.

Heavy Relic Treatment - What's the deal???
As a member of the Fender Custom Shop Time Machine Series, this Strat is treated with the Heavy Relic treatment. This means the instrument is finished to resemble an instrument that has enjoyed a long life of heavy use. This includes significant wear and tear to the finish, dings to the body, neck, and headstock, and aged hardware. The end result is an instrument that looks like it's been around for a while and plays like a broken-in instrument. After playing one of the Heavy Relic Time Machine Strats there is no other way to go. Just like your favorite old pair of jeans it just feels right.
Classic feel and tone with the '57 Heavy Relic Strat!

FENDER JAGUAR USA 50TH ANNI LPB (SOLD)
Our 50th Anniversary Jaguar guitar takes you back to 1962, when Fender introduced an unusual new guitar that paired the sleek JazzmasterR body style and elaborate control layout with a shorter scale and smaller, brighter pickups with more output. The resulting Jaguar was the fourth and last of Fender's original lineup of standard electric guitars.
The Jaguar gradually acquired a fascinating pedigree quite unlike that of any other Fender guitar. A chromed-out, surf-rock staple of the 1960s, it found new life from the mid-1970s-on as a subversively offbeat alternative axe wielded by punk, post-punk, grunge and alt-indie guitar heroes and anti-heroes alike. The same guitar that originally crested waves of reverb-drenched singles by groups such as the Chantays and the Surfaris later fueled, for example, the dynamic grunge maelstrom of Nirvana, the translucent shoe-gazing dream pop of My Bloody Valentine and the literately artful alt-rock of the Pixies, the Flaming Lips and many others.
Classic 24" Jaguar scale length.
Specially designed high-output single-coil pickups.
Slight neck-angle pocket cut for improved pitch.
Repositioned tremolo plate for increased bridge break angle and better sustain.

THE GUITAR SHOWS AN OVERWRITTEN C STAMP TO B STAMP,THIS WAS DONE AT THE FACTORY, FOR INSTANCE A C BODY WICH WAS NOT CLEARCOATED YET AND SUPPOSE TO BE HOOKED UP ON A ST65 WAS NEEDED FOR A B NECK(NITRO FINISH ST85) SO THEY CLEARCOATED THE BODY NITRO FINISH AND CHANGE THE C INTO AN B. Along with the b stamp there are also additional numbers written in body pocket
JV Serial Number 60828. Brass name plate installed as was available at the time. THE ORIGINAL JV NECKPLATE WAS CHANGED OUT IN FAVOR OF THE CUSTOMER WITH A BRASS FENDER NECKPLATE WITH CUSTOMERS NAME ENGRAVED IN IT.

THE GOOD THING IS THE ORIGINAL FACTORY TAGS WITH THE SERIAL NUMBER AND TAG WITH THE 57-85 IS WITH THIS GUITAR,OWNER KEPT IT SECURE ALL THESE YEARS Acetone test to spring cavity indicate it is a Nitro finish which only came in 85 or 115 models, acetone makes nitro finish solve instantly, while polyester finish doesn’t

Fender's American Vintage series is the closest you can get to a vintage Fender guitar without buying the real thing from yesteryear or moving into the more elite Custom Shop.
This new addition – along with the American Vintage '72 Thinline and Custom Teles - is already available in lower-cost Fender ranges, but not at this quality or with this much vintage detail.
"One reason why the Telecaster has survived is that it has graced every genre from country, jazz and blues through to modern rock and metal."
The '69 Telecaster Thinline, aims to replicate the original Thinline, which appeared in 1968 and lasted until 1971.
Classed by Fender at the time as a 'semi-acoustic' it was offered initially with just mahogany or ash bodies with a natural finish. Semi-hollow construction aside, it retained the Tele's dual single-coils and master volume/master tone control layout.
Sounds
One reason why the Telecaster has survived all these years is that it has graced pretty much every genre from country, jazz and blues through to modern mainstream rock and metal.
It's not always an easy ride: some swear by the bridge pickup (and swear at the neck pickup), others find an endless soul and funk groove from that middle, hollowed mix. There are even a few of us that actually like the neck single-coil for its smooth, jazz-edged voice.
On the '69 Thinline platform, and compared to an original solidbody '69 Tele, we have a different flavour. There's immediately less mid-range solidness to the sound, which makes that bridge pickup even spikier; conversely both the middle mix and neck pickup sound wider and fuller.
Definitely more hollowbody sounding, it's a step towards, perhaps, a P-90-style ES-330, with of course more Tele-like spike and Fender-ness.
This guitar was originally conceived at a time when Fender began to lose its way. However, 40 years on the guitar has been elevated into Fender's top drawer, thanks to numerous often left-field players who wanted a piece of 'vintage' Fender but simply couldn't afford the high-value classics.
Although this guitar has been available for some time in both Mexican- and Japanese-made guises, this American Vintage guitar improves on both those and the original, with its lightweight build and lacquer finishes.

Fender Stratocaster JV ST-115 2 Tone Sunburst. 1982 Made in Japan(SOLD)
here we have one of most sought after strats of the JV (japan vintage) series.
This is the amazing and the highes end model the st-115 stratocaster.
Insiders know about these great guitars, they were build with high quality and contain only Usa parts like their USA brothers/sisters from the Fullerton plant.
Usa Fullerton grey pickups-Cts pots 13782xx-steel block trem-nitro finish.
Beautiful 2 piece Alder body with nice grain in it, and a 1 piece maple neck, this is a very early one with a neck date of 21-5-82,the first were made in April 1982.
This 115 had a recent pro re-fret since the old ones were worn down from playing,so this will last for years and years to come, also the nut is replaced with a real bone one !! The fret board shows some signs of wear from playing, all natural relict !
It has on the back body some strange like 4/5 little holes filled up i really don't know how or why someone did this,of course this is not interrupting the sound etc,she weighs only 3.3 kilos.
further more this strat sounds amazing, and plays like butter !! I had many usa fullerton strats but to be honest the 115's are for me the better ones !!.
She comes in a gigbag or optional a black Skb case or a aftermarket Tweed case

She has the most wanted of all pickups and those are the Grey bobbin Fullertons'yes most like these over the Red bobbin ones, ask any collector and he will tell you the Grey's are the ones to have,
grey bobbins stamped 2x 1982-1 x 1981 flush poles,original cts pots 13782xx switch 3 way original.

Fender Custom Shop 1963 Time Machine Relic Stratocaster (sold)
JUST IN-JUST IN-JUST IN NEW OLD STOCK !!
WONDERFUL OLYMPIC WHITE FINISH,QUATERSAWN NECK.
When you play this vintage-vibed Fender Custom Shop 1963 Time Machine Relic Stratocaster solidbody electric guitar, you'll find yourself transported back to a time when surf rock was king. Featuring a relic'd deep-contoured alder body and three hand-wound '60s Stratocaster single-coil pickups, this remarkable solidbody electric guitar will drench you in a neptune cocktail of classic, sparkling Stratocaster tone. At Sweetwater, we were blown away by the feel of this Strat's quartersawn maple neck, with its comfortable "oval C" profile and round-laminated rosewood fingerboard. Complete with an American Vintage bridge and tuning machines, this Fender Custom Shop 1963 Time Machine Relic Stratocaster is an exceptional solidbody electric guitar!
Fender Custom Shop 1963 Time Machine Relic Stratocaster Solidbody Electric Guitar at a Glance:
• '60s Stratocaster single-coil pickups provide classic Strat tone
• Quartersawn neck gives you ultra-stability and ultra-playability
• Relic finish and hardware for vintage vibe
'60s Stratocaster single-coil pickups provide classic Strat tone
Bell-like, jangly, smooth, and bluesy - ask any seasoned Strat player at Sweetwater, and you'll get slightly different descriptions as to what this iconic guitar is supposed to sound like. Words alone can't capture the sound, but the '60s single-coil Stratocaster pickups that Fender designed for this solidbody electric guitar certainly can. In fact, the only places the Fender Custom Shop went off-book with this 1963 Time Machine Relic Stratocaster were its reverse wound/reverse polarity middle pickup and the 5-way blade pickup selector they installed to give you access to those in-between tones early Strat players discovered by accident.
Quartersawn neck gives you ultra-stability and ultra-playability
The neck is one of the most important aspects of any instrument, which is why this Fender Custom Shop 1963 Time Machine Relic Stratocaster solidbody electric guitar features a quartersawn maple neck. Besides looking good, the straight grain of quartersawn necks is about 50% more stable than plain-sawn necks, and less likely to warp, twist or shrink. You'll also love the playability and feel of this 1963 Time Machine Relic Stratocaster's contoured heel when you're playing higher up the fretboard. Down low, your fretting hand will appreciate the 9.5" radius that keeps things nice and comfortable for natural, relaxed arpeggio work.
Relic finish and hardware for vintage vibe
As you can imagine, a true 1963 Strat would show signs of wear and tear, and this Fender Custom Shop 1963 Time Machine Relic Stratocaster solidbody electric guitar is finished to represent those years of playing. The worn finish on the body and neck, and the aged and slightly rusty hardware will make you wonder if it really isn't a true vintage guitar. Collectors in the know will tell you that the Strat was undergoing some notable design mods in 1963, and this 1963 Time Machine Relic Stratocaster captures the era perfectly!
Fender Custom Shop 1963 Time Machine Relic Stratocaster Solidbody Electric Guitar Features:
• Fender Custom Shop Heavy Relic laquer finish
• Fender's classic '60s "oval C" neck profile with small headstock serves up outstanding feel
• 9.5" radius and 6105 (medium jumbo) frets let you bend up high without fretting out
• '60s single-coil Stratocaster pickups provide classic Strat tone
• Reverse wound/reverse polarity middle pickup and modern 5-way switch wiring
• Brown textured vinyl hardshell case with red interior included
This Fender Custom Shop 1963 Time Machine Relic Stratocaster is the real deal for vintage Strat fans!

This in my opinion comes the closest to an original 52 tele and yes i would prefer this over a fullerton 52.
The craftmanship is very visable here quality can be compared with the Usa customshop.
For the playability this plays so smooth like butta, the sound is awesome, neck is warm and full, center position rings like a bell and bridge pup is Twang all the way, very balanced sound.
These days is is very hard to lay your hands on a Tls 52-120,its a collectors guitar people who have one will not easily part with it.
Extrads are recognizible on the red 120 and the red S in the body pocket !

FENDER STRATOCASTER AMERICAN VINTAGE 1962''HOTROD'' (sold)
HERE WE HAVE A 2008 MADE FENDER STRATOCASTER AVRI HOTROD IN BEAUTIFUL SUNBURST FINISH.
THESE GUITARS WERE DISCONTINUED IN 2012 !!!
THESE ARE NOW SOUGHT AFTER BECAUSE THEY WERE AN IN BETWEEN AMERUCAN VINTAGE AND CUSTOMSHOP QUALITY GUITAR,THIS REALLY ROCKS,THIN SKIN NITRO FINISH-9.5 INCH RADIUS,MEDIUM JUMBO FRETS AND MOST OF ALL A LARGER AND FATTER'' C'' NECK,IF YOU LIKE BIG NECKS THIS IS IT !!
For some players, anything post 1964 or thereabouts just won't do when it comes to Fender Stratocaster aesthetics. Such enthusiasts absolutely insist on the 'right' body curves, nitro-cellulose lacquer, spaghetti peghead logo, vintage-style vibrato and Klusonesque, slot-head tuners.
And if you want all that from Fender's non-Custom Shop line, your only option is the American Vintage series.
Those guitars have their drawbacks for modern-minded players, however, notably their thin frets, too-curvy-for-big-bends 7.25-inch radius fingerboard, sticky nitro-finished necks and vintage single-coil pickups.
By and large, these were much the same 'problems' afflicting Strats back in the early/mid-1970s, even though the guitar had changed markedly by then from its 1950s forebear.
This drove many players to customise their guitars in line with new playing styles and sounds, and gave rise to a whole heap of aftermarket parts suppliers. It's to this legacy that Fender very gently doffs its cap with its new Vintage Hot Rod Stratocasters.
We're not talking out-and-out Floyd-plus-humbucker monsters like Van Halen's Frankenstein or Steve Vai's Green Meanie. We're not even talking two-pivot vibratos and clever switching aka the American Standards.
So why do we need these? Well, even the hugely popular American Standard Strat is a whole flight of steps too far for dyed-in-the-wool Strat enthusiasts: they don't want two-pivot vibratos, modern tuners, blocky logos, bi-flex truss rods, poly finishes and, heaven forefend, flashy modern colours. So let's keep those 'improvements' super subtle shall we?
Overview
Despite the ostensibly similar appearance, there's plenty of clear water between the rosewood-'board '62 Hot Rod and the '57.
Similarities include the alder body and maple neck, tuning machines and bridge, while the most obvious differences are the aforementioned fingerboard and the three-ply, green-tinted pickguard in classic sixties Strat style.
While the latter makes no functional difference, the effects of a rosewood 'board are marked, not least in that many players prefer its 'softer', 'quicker' feel under the fingers compared with cellulose-finished maple.
It also benefits from the 9.5-inch radius, medium jumbo frets and rolled edges of the '57, although the action is adjusted a little higher on this particular guitar: very much a matter of taste.
One issue you'll want to be aware of is the weight difference between these two guitars; the '57 model is significantly lighter than the '62, suggesting the tolerances for weight are relatively wide for Vintage Hot Rods, so do try before you buy if pounds and ounces are as important to you as pounds and pence: guitars will vary from model to model for sure.
The pickups in this guitar vary only slightly from 'normal' '62 spec in that we have a trio of American Vintage single-coils, but the middle pickup is reverse wound/reverse polarity, meaning that the in-between positions on the five-way selector (two and four) are hum-cancelling: good news for all you Knoplfer fans who can't live with the buzz.
These Alnico V, staggered magnet pickups also feature Formvar wire and bevelled polepieces, all essential stuff for vintage-aholics. Moving forward a few years, the bridge pickup is then wired to the lower tone control, which is a sensible mod for any Strat as it enables you to smooth out the high-end.
Sounds
There's a good deal of hubris - some of which is deserved - when it comes to replacement pickups for guitars. But before you go spending all that cash, just listen to Fender's latest incarnation of its American Vintage single-coils.
These are relatively low-power units (Fender claims 5.3k DC resistance) but that's absolutely to their benefit, bringing out shimmering highs and a warm bottom end with that characteristic slight scoop in the middle that's quintessential Strat.
You might want to think of it as 'woody', because the pickups are in no way overpowering what the body and neck bring to the table.
While the bridge pickup in isolation can sound a little spiky played dead clean (also classic Strat), the general feeling is of a full sounding, professional grade guitar that, when played next to a lesser model, makes you realise why you're spending the extra cash.
The rosewood 'board adds colour in the mid-range compared with the maple version, giving the impression of extra warmth, particularly with overdrive, though this is still the
more 'vintage' sounding of the two.
The hum-cancelling in-between selections (bridge and middle, middle and neck) can be a Godsend under stage lights and indeed in front of computer screens, assuming you like that kind of 'hollow' Strat tone of course.
Rest assured positions two and four on the '62 Hot Rod are as good as you'll hear. All up, if you want to know what a vintage-style rosewood-'board Strat should Sound like, listen here.
These Vintage Hot Rod Stratocasters are the very antithesis of Fender's revolutionary new VG Stratocaster reviewed on the preceding pages. That's quite a feat given their ostensible similarities, and one that really bears testament to this basic design's timelessness and immense versatility.

FENDER STRATOCASTER STEVIE RAY VAUGHAN RELIC CUSTOMSHOP USA
FROM THE FENDER CUSTOMSHOP
f there were a Mount Rushmore of Stratocaster Masters, Stevie Ray Vaughan would be one of the greats enshrined there. Almost single-handedly responsible for the electric blues revival of the 80s and 90s, he used his beloved Strat®, to blaze his way to the top of the charts. Only the artisans at the Custom Shop could craft this guitar that Vaughan co-designed with us before his untimely passing. It’s one of the most revered guitars in the world, and we’re proud to make it a permanent addition to the Custom Artist Collection.
SRV heavily modified his Strat to match his energetic, yet controlled, playing style. We included a trio of hot, high-output Custom Shop Hand-Wound Texas Special pickups for fiery, authentically Fender tone that’s as big as the Lone Star state. As an homage to his personal hero, Jimi Hendrix (who’s also been known to pick up a Strat) SRV used a left-handed vintage-style synchronized tremolo bridge on his guitar, allowing him to work the tremolo arm with his elbow—a modification we cheerfully recreated. The two-piece body is crafted from alder selected for its weight and grain, and its Relic lacquer finish will age and wear in a distinctly personal way, just like the original. The tinted riftsawn maple neck has an “Oval C” profile that’s slightly thinner on the treble side, making it easier to bend those strings into the stratosphere—a precise recreation of his favorite guitar’s neck profile.
Other features include 5-way pickup switching, vintage-style wiring, 3-ply Black “SRV” pickguard, vintage-style tuning machines, rosewood fingerboard, bone nut and wing string tree. Includes deluxe hardshell case, strap and Certificate of Authenticity.
