Here we have a very nice and original Vintage Fender Precision Bass made in 1983. The bass has a black finish, Alder body, Maple neck, very good sounding Pre Pickups, white pickguard. Also typical for that era is the white pickup covers, tuners are the famous F tuners. This bass looks great, plays wonderful and the sound is legendary. Comes including original era hard shell case. Fernandes Jazz Bass Vintage Burny MIJ
This is a very sought after Vintage Lawsuit Jazz bass from Fernandes, makers of Burny Guitars. This has the desireable Spaghetti logo, black Alder body Maple neck with Block inlays, 2 Vintage Jazz Pickups, white pickguard. The serial number is located on the end of the neck. These basses were made in the very early 80's could be a 81/82, Fernandes/Burny is very well known to be one of the best builders of the Lawsuit Fenders. This is a very good example. This bass sound wonderful and provides you with the legendary Jazz bass sounds, plays really smooth, the condition is ok for a bass that aged and played over the years, the frets are in pretty good condition. It comes including a Gigbag. The craftmanship of the lawsuit models MIJ early eighties is outstanding. This example shows it once again. Price: 825.
Tokai Jazz Sound Vintage 1984 MIJ(sold)
Here we have one of the most sought after Fender replicas. This is the Tokai Jazz Sound, a lawsuit copy bass from 1984. Many claim these are just as good or even better then what Fender produced in his era. A 3 tone Alder sunburst finished body, maple neck with rosewood fret board, white pick guard, 2 super sounding strong Jazz original Tokai pickups, chrome hardware. The bass sound great just like the older Jazz basses, the playability is great too. Whatever music you play from funk to metal this Jazz delivers the sounds. Squier/Fender Pro Tone Precision Bass
This is a discontinued Pro Tone series Pre Bass. The quality is very good, it`s in very good condition too. Black alder body maple neck with rosewood fret board, tortoise pickguard, very good sounding pickups. Mtached black headstock. This bass plays really smooth and sounds all there way a Precision bass should. It comes in a gigbag. These Pro Tone series are hard to find there they were discontinued by Fender due they cut down USA sales. Only made for 2 years and a nice collectors piece for sure . Price: 600.

In 1965, a bound fingerboard was introduced. In 1966, block fingerboard inlays replaced dot inlays. In 1969, a black-bound maple fingerboard with black block inlays became optional. By the mid-1970s, pearloid block fingerboard inlays and white binding became optional on maple fingerboards. In 1975, a three-bolt neck and neckplate design were introduced.
