GIBSON valley arts Brent Mason signature Usa made (sold)
VALLEY ARTS''BRENT MASON SIGNATURE''
DISCONTINUED VERY SOUGHT AFTER AND HARD TO GET
This guitar is the result of a collaboration between Nashville session player Brent Mason and custom guitar maker Valley Arts, the Brent Mason Signature Custom Pro is based on the Joe-Glaser-modified 1968 Fender Telecaster that Mason has used on countless sessions for the last 15-plus years. The Signature's most notable features are its Gibson mini-humbucker in the neck position, Duncan Hot Stack for Strat humbucker in the middle slot, and Duncan Classic Stack for Tele humbucker at the bridge. Gibson has since purchased the Valley Arts line of guitars.
The passive electronics yield a fascinating range of tones. The basic idea of the pickup and wiring scheme is to deliver classic Tele spank, but with bigger neck-pickup tones and a whole lot of additional sounds in between.
Guitar in very good condition 1 owner guitar some hairline cracks on the front headstock
which of course not interfear with sound and playability.
these Brent Mason signatures are hard to get.original case included
Valley Arts Guitars Brent Mason Signature Custom Pro – Brent Mason collaborated with Valley Arts on this amazing-sounding guitar, which is based on the 1968 Fender Telecaster that Mason has used for years. The Brent Mason Signature Custom Pro features a mini-humbucker in the neck slot, plus Duncans in the middle and bridge positions.

Signature features
The Brent Mason Signature Custom Pro is based on the Joe-Glaser-modified 1968 Fender Telecaster that Mason has used on countless sessions for the last 15-plus years. The Signature’s most notable features are its Gibson mini-humbucker in the neck position, Duncan Hot Stack for Strat humbucker in the middle slot, and Duncan Classic Stack for Tele humbucker at the bridge. A separate volume control allows the middle pickup to be blended in with the other pickups. The Signature Custom Pro also has a push-pull function on the tone control that activates a coil tap on the middle pickup.
An eye-catching guitar
Cosmetically, the Brent Mason Signature Custom Pro is a unique blend of disparate elements. The silver body and black pickguard go great together, and the matching headstock is a nice touch. A mix of chrome-, gold-, and nickel-plated hardware, a “vintage” toned neck, and, of all things, a red pickup complete this eye-catching guitar. The Signature Custom’s big neck feels great, the large frets are smoothly rendered, and the neck joint is ultra snug.
Great intonation, big neck
The Brent Mason Signature Custom Pro is intonated well, courtesy of its six-saddle bridge. Those who favor huge necks will absolutely flip over the girth of the Signature’s gloss-finished model. You might want to try before you buy if your hands are really small, but average-sized hands will love the feel of this neck.
Amazing tonal range
The Signature Custom’s passive electronics yield a fascinating range of tones. The basic idea of the pickup and wiring scheme is to deliver classic Tele spank, but with bigger neck-pickup tones and a whole lot of additional sounds in between. That’s exactly what the Signature Custom does, and now players can benefit.

The bridge pick-up is a little thin sounding but is articulate and toneful. It has a similar sound of the AC/DC Angus Young growling tone.
The bridge and middle pick-up ( toggle switch in middle position ) have a thick treble tone. It's very different from the standard Gibson sound and almost gives the impression of an out of phase sound.
The neck pick-up is just flat out great. Very thick and musical sounding and very much in the vein of Claptons "Strange Brew" tone

GIBSON MODERNE REISSUE 2012 LIMITED ED BLK Usa (SOLD )
Moderne
A musical chimera, shrouded in the silvered mists of myth and legend, the Gibson Moderne has long been known as the enigmatic "guitar that never was"... or, was it? Designed as the third member of a trio of guitars in the new Modernist Series, prototypes of which were displayed at the 1957 NAMM show, the Moderne was originally intended to be the sibling of the Flying V and the Explorer, but never made it off the launch pad the way the other two then-futuristic classics did. Although they are iconic symbols of rock guitar today, even the Flying V and Explorer were too far ahead of their time in the late '50s, and fewer than 200 units of both types were made in their original three-year run before deletion from the catalog in 1960. Perhaps Gibson foresaw that a third Modernist was pushing it just too far? Or did a poor early reaction to the guitar lead to its demise? Ted McCarty, president of Gibson at the time, has said a number of Modernes were made; other tales tell of prototypes and raw bodies being burned in a bonfire at Kalamazoo after early showings failed to set the guitar world alight. Whatever the real story—and perhaps it is lost forever to the mists of time—the Moderne is perhaps rarest and most elusive Gibson guitar ever created. Or was, until now. "New" from Gibson USA, the Moderne captures the look, feel and sound of the original, and puts it in the hands of players today.

GIBSON NIGHTHAWK STD 2010 MEMPHIS MOJO(sold)
THE ALL NEW 2010 GIBSON NIGHHAWK STANDARD IN 3 BEAUTIFUL FINISHES
Nighthawk Standard 2010
Sleek, powerful, and packed with the kind of playability that Gibson does best, the Nighthawk has been a favorite with blues and rock guitarists ever since its introduction in 1993. The Nighthawk Standard 2010 from Gibson USA updates this popular blueprint in an instrument that is both classic and contemporary, resulting in a guitar with outstanding versatility. From its highly figured Grade-AAA quilted maple top to its glued-in neck with back-angled headstock, the Nighthawk is pure Gibson quality all the way, giving you the power and depth of tone that the world's most legendary maker of electric guitars has long been known for.
It all comes in at a price to put it in the hands of hard-working players everywhere, too, while packing sounds that set it apart from other classic Gibson models. The Nighthawk Standard 2010's single-cutaway body styling clearly echoes that of the legendary Les Paul Standard, and its dual humbucking pickups offer many of the same tones, though the Nighthawk's cutaway is deeper, with a sharper "Florentine" horn, and its added single-coil blade pickup in the center position and push-pull pots to split its humbuckers all extend its sonic range exponentially. Furthermore, the Nighthawk Standard 2010's 25 1/2" scale length adds extra shimmer and sparkle to the brew, and gives you a firm low-E string for gnarly low-down blues runs and biting twang. Through-body stringing and a unique and highly adjustable bridge design add outstanding resonance and sustain to this broad tonal range. Put it all together and the Nighthawk Standard 2010 gives you everything from wailing leads, funky tones in the 2 and 4 switch settings, to smooth, throaty blues and jazz

GIBSON LES PAUL AXCESS STANDARD FLOYD ROSE USA CUSTOMSHOP AWESOME ICE TEA BURST 2008 MODEL EX COND(sold)
WONDERFUL CONDITION THIS 2008 USA CUSTOM SHOP MADE LES PAUL STD AXCESS WITH THE FLOYD ROSE SYSTEM.
GUITAR SOUNDS AMAZING AND PLAYS REALLY SMOOTH AS WE WOULD EXPECT A GIBSON TO PLAY.
NO DAMAGES-NO BREAKS-NO REPAIRS ALL ORIGINAL,COMPLETE WITH TAGS AND CERTIFICATE-ORG CASE
For nearly six decades now, Gibson's Les Paul Standard has stood the test of time as the most playable guitar in the world. While others have attempted to imitate it, none have come close to duplicating the qualities of the finest six-stringed instrument on the planet. Yet each year, Gibson attempts to improve on the world's best guitar. Now Gibson introduces the new Les Paul Axcess Standard from Gibson Custom.
Player's have long asked, "Dare to be different?" The Les Paul Axcess Standard is more than just "different." It's the result of Gibson's drive to build the best Les Paul Standard possible, while staying true to the design and performance of the iconic Les Pauls of the past.
The new Les Paul Axcess Standard from Gibson Custom carries all the elegant styling, fluid body lines and rocking attitude of a classic Les Paul Standard from the golden era of the late 1950s. Upon closer examination, however, the Les Paul Axcess reveals a handful of upgrades -- all modifications made in the name of maximum playability and versatility.
Body and Neck
Encounter the clever structural alteration that gives this new model its name by taking the instrument in your hands and running your fingers up the neck. The Axcess sports what looks from the front to be a traditional Les Paul neck joint, yet the neck heel and portions of the back and neck joint at the upper cutaway have been contoured to provide a "heelless" feel, and an unimpeded reach right up to the 22nd fret. No more stretching against the traditional neck heel to achieve the upper-fret access that your lead style demands -- the Axcess gives you that legendary Les Paul playability all the way up the neck, welcoming you to take it right over the top. The one-piece, 24 3/4" scale length, mahogany neck features a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearloid trapezoid fingerboard inlays.
To further enhance playing comfort, this smoothly carved neck joint is combined with a "belly scarf" (aka ribcage contour) that allows the body of the guitar to hug closely to your own body in the playing position without digging in. Add to these contours the Les Paul Axcess's slightly thinner body, made from weight-relieved mahogany - with a carved maple top available in Iced Tea Burst or Gun Metal Gray finishes and single-ply cream binding on body top - and you've got an instrument that is refreshingly light, and a pure joy to play either strapped on, or in a seated position.
Hardware
The most noticeable addition is the Floyd Rose tailpiece, a unit optimized for anything from subtle vibrato wobbles to dramatic, rumbling divebombs. On the Les Paul Axcess Standard the vibrato is installed right at Gibson Custom as part of the manufacturing process, which means this potent piece of high-performance hardware interacts seamlessly with the design of the guitar. Partnered with an R4 locking nut, it also guarantees outstanding tuning stability and return-to-pitch accuracy.
Beyond all these significant considerations for playing feel, the Axcess is also geared toward optimum tone, as you'd expect from any Gibson Custom creation. Exposed-coil BurstBucker 1 and BurstBucker 2 pickups in the neck and bridge positions -- the most accurate reproduction vintage-PAF-style humbuckers Gibson has ever offered -- yield everything from warm, fluid vocal tones to fat, sweet growl, while an added push/pull switch on the treble Tone knob provides coil splitting for accurate single-coil tones.
These unique tonal combinations excel at delivering everything from singing classic rock lead tones to contemporary crunch to extremes of twang and jangle. Even the pure-nickel wound .10-.46 Gibson Vintage Strings it ships with contribute toward its rich, textured voice. Each instrument also comes with a Gibson Custom hardshell case and certificate of authenticity.

Nighthawk 2009
In creating the Nighthawk 2009, Gibson has breathed new life into a model it retired 10 years ago. This lusty guitar, which resembles its larger Les Paul cousin but with more defined curves, has become a cult favorite since it was discontinued in 1999, after only six years in production. The original Nighthawk was conceived of in response to the demand for a more modern silhouette and a multitude of tone options. Today’s version is still all about a guitarist keeping his options open. With two volume controls, a master tone knob and two heavy-duty pickups, guitarists can experiment with endless sounds. If tone alone weren’t enough to carry this instrument, Gibson luthiers have labored to create an exquisite-looking guitar. A figured maple top, mahogany body, rosewood fingerboard and deluxe details combine to make the 2009 Nighthawk a true collector’s item.

GIBSON Don Felder "Hotel California" EDS-1275(FREE SIGNED PHOTO)
Gibson Don Felder "Hotel California" Double Neck SG - Aged Classic Vintage White Finish
As seminal songs go, Hotel California by The Eagles is never far away from the tips of our tongues. One of the great characteristics of the song is Don Felder's ingenius guitar parts with a haunting 12 string riff and a searing solo (one of those that everyone knows!) later in the song. To recreate the record live, Felder used a Gibson Double neck, and now, over 30 years later, Gibson are introducing this limited edition Don Felder signature guitar - aged carefully to ensure the closest possible sound to Felder's original EDS-1275.
This is one of just 100 Aged Don Felder signature double necks to be made worldwide. Call us now if you are interested in placing a deposit on this guitar.
Here's what Gibson say about the "Hotel California" Double Neck
Frequently named in polls for the "world's greatest guitar solos", and listed at #49 in Rolling Stone magazine's "500 Greatest Songs of All Time", Don Felder and Joe Walsh's dual guitar solo on the Eagles' "Hotel California" tapped a searing tone and an atmospheric vibe that still resonate today. To give live renditions their maximum impact, Don Felder has-right from the start-played the hit song on a Gibson EDS-1275 Double Neck, performing the haunting 12-string introduction on the guitar's top neck (routed through a Leslie rotating speaker unit) and switching to the lower 6-string neck for the epic soloing dual with Joe Walsh.
To honor this legendary pairing of artist and instrument, Gibson Custom introduces the Don Felder "Hotel California" SG Double Neck guitar, in a strictly Limited Edition. The Don Felder Double Neck are all aged and wired to accurately reflect the look and sound of Felder's own Double Neck.

GIBSON SG ''ANGUS YOUNG LIM ED SIGNATURE
USA CUSTOMSHOP''VOS'SERIE only 200 made(SOLD)
ITS HERE FINALLY THE GIBSON SG CUSTOMSHOP ANGUS YOUNG IN BEAUTIFUL CHERRY RED''VOS SERIES,AWESOME GUITAR,COLLECTOR
LIMITED EDITION,NEW IN CASE WITH PAPERS.
Angus Young SG Standard
For more than 35 years, AC/DC has represented the archetypal “big rock” guitar sound, setting the standards for countless bands to follow. In particular, Angus Young’s incendiary lead tone and mammoth rhythm crunch have inspired wave after wave of rock guitar heroes, and he has done it all on a Gibson SG Standard. The SG replaced the underappreciated Les Paul Standard in 1961, and while the Les Paul would surface later in the decade as a rock and blues classic, the new SG (originally named Les Paul/SG) was an instant hit in its own right. Its simple yet inspired ingredients of thin, all-mahogany body and neck and two Gibson humbucking pickups gave it a snappy attack with a muscular punch, and its slim, fast neck yielded unprecedented playability. Now the Gibson Custom Shop offers its reproduction of one of the world’s most renowned SGs in the form of the Angus Young SG, a Limited Edition that captures the tone, look, and feel of this rare specimen among a classic breed, but which updates this legendary guitar with custom modifications requested by Angus himself. Angus Young acquired his 1968 SG Standard in 1970, and has used it on all major AC/DC recordings and many tours since the band’s inception in 1973. Young’s ’68 SG is known to be a superb example of this model, with an unusually slim neck, pickups that blend just the right proportions of power and sweetness, and a resonant, vocal tone that represents the best of the SG formula. Listen closely to any classic AC/DC tune, and the tone is huge, but not filthy or fizzy. Angus’s ’68 SG achieves a stunning clarity and definition right within its bone-crushing thump and grind. With utmost attention to detail, the Angus Young SG seeks to achieve that tone, aided by a pair of custom-spec Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates humbucking pickups. And with 50 guitars out of the total run of 250 aged in-house by Gibson and signed by Angus himself, this outstanding Custom Shop reproduction also nails the look of this legendary guitar, with upgraded modifications at Angus’s request, including an ebony fingerboard with “lightning bolt” inlays (a further 200 guitars will receive the VOS treatment). The Custom Shop Angus Young SG will also be sold with a custom Certificate of Authenticity, a Gibson Custom Shop hardshell case, and a full range of owner’s manuals and instruction sheets.

NEW CUSTOMSHOP GIBSON USA THE LES PAUL 1959 REISSUE VOS(vintage original specs)
beautiful Sunrise Teaburst finish.awesome guitar
complete with all goodies ect.
Gibson’s Les Paul Standard model from 1959 is the most highly acclaimed, widely recognized solid body electric guitar in the entire world, coveted by both players and collectors as the ultimate example of playability, attractiveness and tone among all six-stringed instruments. In an industry filled with imitations and replicas, the iconic 1959 Les Paul Standard simply has no equal.
Named after Lester William Polsfuss, aka Les Paul – legendary American jazz guitarist, and true pioneer in the development of recorded music – the Les Paul model guitar became the “Standard” in July 1958 after company president Ted McCarty and his staff decided to add the new designation and forego the guitar’s traditional Goldtop finish for a new, brighter finish dubbed Cherry Sunburst, which allowed the natural beauty of the Les Paul Standard’s maple top to be showcased. The company was hoping the changes would improve its sales of solid body electric guitars, which had been declining since 1953 when the Gibson shipped 2,245 Les Paul Model guitars.
A note from the Custom Shop: We have made a running change on the case we use for the 1959 Les Paul Standard VOS from the current “vintage” case to the standard Custom Shop black hardshell case.

Michael Bloomfield 1959 Les Paul Standard VOS SOLD
To most guitar and blues aficionados, Michael Bloomfield was more than just a renowned, big-city blues guitarist. A session player who was weaned on Chicago's legendary south side blues, Bloomfield forever altered American-based blues with his bold and passionate guitar playing and he did it all while strumming a 1959 Gibson Les Paul Standard. The master craftsmen at Gibson Custom are proud to announce the much-anticipated Michael Bloomfield 1959 Les Paul Standard, an accurate recreation of the instrument Bloomfield used to create the legendary "Bloomfield Sound." Whether listening to his recordings with the Butterfield Band, his work on Bob Dylan's classic Highway 61 Revisited album, or his mastery of the guitar on Super Session, Bloomfield's technique is without equal, and the tone achieved using his beloved Les Paul is one of the most recognizable of all time. The Michael Bloomfield 1959 Les Paul Standard faithfully captures that celebrated tone, along with every precious detail of the original. Starting with the Les Paul’s traditional hand-carved maple top and solid, non-weight relieved mahogany back, this instrument is pure Gibson, right down to such time-honored appointments like CTS potentiometers and bumble-bee capacitors, holly headstock veneer, Grover kidney tuners and a rounded neck profile similar to those on the original Les Pauls from 1959. The guitar's Bloomfield Burst finish also replicates the finish on Bloomfield’s original Les Paul, and was achieved through the careful examination of hundreds of photos of the original. This special reissue is available in a limited release of only 300 guitars: The first 100 will be aged by renowned finish and restoration artist Tom Murphy, while 200 will receive the popular V.O.S. (Vintage Original Specs) treatment. All will come with a standard Gibson Custom case silkscreened with Bloomfield's signature and certificate of authenticity.

An established favorite with completely new modern styling … Tone is clear and bell-like throughout its entire range. The perfectly balanced solid body makes playing comfortable in any position, sitting or standing." — Gibson catalog, 1962
Looking to increase the stagnant sales numbers of the Les Paul Standard models of the mid- to late-1950s, Gibson president Ted McCarty and his reputable team of luthiers and engineers set out to redesign the company’s solid body guitar. The result was the introduction in 1961 of what is known today as the Gibson SG line. The first use of the name “SG” actually surfaced on a Gibson guitar in late 1959 with the introduction of the SG Special – a double cutaway model with rounded horns that had previously been listed as a Les Paul since 1955. In early 1961, however, the Les Paul models would undergo a radical change in design in an effort to improve their popularity, and Gibson’s standing as a quality builder of electric solid body guitars. Fortunately, the redesigns would make a significant impact on Gibson’s market share, albeit slowly at first. On average, about 2,120 SGs shipped per year from 1961 to 1970, with the numbers continuing to increase well into the 1970s. This trend eventually made the SG Gibson’s most popular model – a distinction that still holds true today. From 1961 to 1963, the model was still known as the “redesigned” Les Paul Standard, although its namesake did not fully approve of the model’s new look. This would eventually lead to the removal of Les Paul’s name in 1963, in favor of a new name, the SG Standard.

Gibson Byrdland 1968 Naturel Usa made (sold)
This beautiful Gibson Byrdland is almost 45 years old and is in very good condition. This guitar plays and sounds as smooth and creamy as butter . The 23 1/2 scale makes even the most daunting finger stretches a piece of cake. The humbucker pickups actually have a closer pole-piece spacing then the standard Les Paul humbuckers. The string spread remains fairly parallel due to the shorter scale neck and so closer spacing were required. This guitar features all of the adornments of an Gibson L5 included solid carved front, back and sides. The thinner body depth and shorter scale make for a really comfortable fit though and were very deliberate details from Billy Byrd and Hank Garland. Both are attributed to the design of this model and the name Byrdland is derived from combining their names. The Byrdland was Gibson's first thin-line model and was quite the innovation in 1957 and originally had a Venetian cutaway. In 1961 and through 1968 the Byrdland cutaway was changed to the sharp Florentine cutaway that this guitar sports. Additionally and unique to the Byrdland model is the triple-loop tubular tailpiece with "Byrdland" engraved on the crosspiece. Cool.
of course this is also the favorite axe of the motor city mad man Ted Nugent.
This Byrdland is in pretty good condition, once there were Grover tuners installed but now the waffle back tuners are back on,the holes were pro filled by my luthier.
The moveable bridge is glued to the top by one of the previous owners,i guess they played a set of lighter gauge strings ,this also was done a lot with the Gretsch hollow body to prevend the bridge from moving.
Further more all original Byrdland 1968 the natural finish was a option and now a 10 to 25% more value than other colors(see BB INFO)
BYRDLAND
single round cutaway multi-bound hollow body, 17 in. wide by 21 in. long by 2.25 in. deep, 23.5 in. scale, solid spruce top, raised bound tortoiseshell pickguard, bound f-holes, maple back/sides/neck, 14/22-fret multi-bound ebony pointed fingerboard with pearl block inlay, tune-o-matic bridge/rosewood base, trapeze tailpiece, multi-bound blackface peghead with pearl flowerpot/logo inlay, 3-per-side tuners, gold hardware, 2 single coil Alnico (disc. late 1957) or humbucker (introduced 1958) pickups, 2 volume/2 tone controls, 3-position switch, available in Natural and Sunburst (most common) finishes, mfg. 1955-1985.
Add 10-25% for Natural finish. Add 10-25% for highly flamed maple.
The Byrdland model was designed in conjunction with Billy Byrd and Hank Garland. In 1958, 2 covered P.A.F. humbucker pickups replaced Alnico P-90 single coil pickups. Between 1960-1968, Stereo-Varitone electronics were optionally offered. In 1960, single sharp cutaway replaced rounded cutaway design. In 1962, Patent Number humbucker pickups replaced P.A.F. humbuckers. In mid to late 1969, single round cutaway replaced single sharp cutawy design. During 1976 only, a Byrdland 12-string was offered, and less than 20 were mfg.

“This guitar now has a rich, rubbed appearance that cannot be equaled at any price … this instrument is a true beauty.” — Gibson Gazette, December 1958
Objects of distinction are seldom recognized immediately, and this was certainly the case when Gibson introduced the newly renamed Les Paul Standard in July of 1958. Having already made several modifications to the base Les Paul Model guitar over the previous two years – the Tune-o-matic bridge and stopbar tailpiece being the most notable changes – the new Les Paul Standard introduced in 1958 hoped to correct Gibson’s waning sales of solid body electric guitars, which had been on the decline ever since 1953 when the company shipped 2,245 instruments.
WHAT DOS VOS MEANS?
VOS finish is much softer lacquer and they skip the final polishing steps, but they apply the polishing rouge to it. What this means is when you get the guitar new it will be dull, scratched like hell and have tons of orange peel, but as you play it, your hands will polish certain areas(where you touch it most).

GIBSON CHAD KROEGER''BLACKWATER LES PAUL(sold out)
Chad Kroeger "Blackwater" Les Paul
Between his world-dominating work with Nickelback, his multi-platinum collaborations with other artists, and his award-winning compositions for film, Chad Kroeger has proven himself one of the most versatile artists working in rock today. Check out hits such as "Rock Star," "Photograph," "How You Remind Me," "I’d Come for You," "Savin’ Me," "Far Away" and "Someday," and you quickly realize that Kroeger not only possesses a distinctive voice and a knack for writing hit songs – from ballads to grungy anthems – but he is adept at penning thunderous guitar riffs, too. On top of this, he executes them in a mammoth tone that simply screams Les Paul. To honor these achievements, Gibson presents the Chad Kroeger "Blackwater" Les Paul.
A mean-looking, hot-sounding contemporary Les Paul, the Chad Kroeger "Blackwater" Les Paul comes disguised as a traditional single-cutaway Standard with all the appointments that have made this guitar legendary for more than 50 years, but hides some simple yet clever surprises that expand its sonic capabilities exponentially. In addition to its traditional magnetic humbucking pickups, a GraphTech™ Ghost® piezo bridge and related electronics provide an authentic acoustic guitar sound that can be used entirely on its own, patched parallel to the magnetic pickups through two amps, or blended with the traditional tone. Roll from atmospheric ballad to rock anthem at the twist of a knob, or craft your own new tones that blend elements of both.
With its killer hand-stained Trans Black AAA-flame maple top and unique trim package – featuring a truss-rod cover engraved with "Blackwater" in silver – the Chad Kroeger "Blackwater" Les Paul looks as unique as it sounds, too. Plus, it features Kroeger’s own idea of adding white star decals along the upper back fretboard, aligned with the standard fret markers, which allow you to see where your hand is positioned when playing on a darkened stage.

GIBSON NIGHTHAWK STD 2010 ST LOUIS SAUCE (sold)
THE ALL NEW GIBSON NIGHTHAWK STD 2010 IN BEAUTIFUL ST LOUIS SAUCE FINISH
AMAZING LOOKS-AMAZING PLAYABILITY-BUT MOST OF ALL AMAZING SOUND

GIBSON LES PAUL 59 R.I 'HOTEL CALIFORNIA DON FELDER VOS SIGNATURE
SOLD-SOLD-SOLD
The 1976 mega-hit single "Hotel California" is named on virtually every reputable list of "greatest guitar solos" that has ever been published. The whole truth is, though, that the entire Hotel California album is rife with scorching guitar work from both newcomer Joe Walsh and Eagles lead guitarist Don Felder - and Felder played all of his solos on one outstanding instrument: a 1959 Les Paul Standard.
Hired by the Eagles in 1974 to help the band make the transition from country-rock to a heavier, rock-based sound, Felder brought it on in spades, and the tone he selected to do the job is unmistakably Les Paul - fat, creamy and singing. In order to bring that sound, feel and look to a select group of players and collectors today, Gibson Custom offers the Don Felder "Hotel California" 1959 Les Paul, an instrument created in the image of Felder's original 1959 'Burst in strictly limited quantities. Produced as a three-tiered Limited Edition, with 50 guitars hand-aged by Gibson Custom and personally signed by Don Felder, 100 hand-aged, and a further 150 given Gibson's VOS treatment, each includes a numbered Certificate of Authenticity to record its status for posterity.
Hand-aged examples meticulously reproduce the look of Felder's own '59 Les Paul, while VOS versions present the gently aged look and feel of a vintage instrument. All are made with period-correct specs and components, including a pair of Gibson's most accurate reproduction PAF pickups, and finished in a uniquely tinted and faded "Felder Burst" finish, formulated exclusively for this guitar. As rare and desirable as all 'Bursts are, this limited run recreates one of the greatest, and a big slice of tone history.
Features
- Gibson's rounded '59 neck profile
- Solid Mahogany body with carved maple top
- Burstbucker #1 in Bridge, Burstbucker #2 in neck
- 22 Fret Rosewood fingerboard with figured acrylic trapezoid Inlays
- Vintage Kluson-style green-button tuners
The Les Paul Behind One of the Greatest Guitar Albums of All Time!
Like any great Les Paul Standard, the Don Felder "Hotel California" 1959 Les Paul starts with great wood. Gibson Custom selects figured maple for the two-piece top to replicate the look of Felder's own iconic 'Burst, and joins each set to a select, lightweight, solid one-piece mahogany back. Way beyond merely recreating the look of the original instrument, however, this maple/mahogany pairing perpetuates a tonewood match made in heaven: a best-of-both-worlds palette that gives you the perfect blend of maple's clarity, snap and bite, and mahogany's warmth, depth and richness.
A one-piece mahogany neck is glued in with the preferred long neck tenon for superior resonance and sustain, and carved to match the neck on Felder's own '59 Les Paul Standard. Taking all this tonal goodness to your amp of choice are a pair of BurstBucker pickups, Gibson's most accurate PAF recreations to date. It's all anchored with the rock-solid pairing of a Tune-o-matic bridge and stopbar tailpiece, and topped with a set of vintage Kluson-style green-button tuners. And with a guitar that sounds and feels this good, you want it to look perfect, too.
To get the Don Felder "Hotel California" 1959 Les Paul just right, Gibson Custom has painstakingly formulated a unique "Felder Burst" finish, which accurately matches the mellowed, sand-hued fade of Felder's own '59 'Burst. Reproduced in nitrocellulose in a hand-executed process that involves several steps, the results are then treated to either meticulous hand-aging by Gibson Custom (150 guitars, 50 of which also will be signed by Don Felder), or Gibson Custom's acclaimed VOS process (150 guitars).
All told, it's a guitar worthy of its namesakes: one of the greatest guitar albums of all time, and player who laid down the leads that helped to make it so. All guitars come with a black, plush-lined Gibson Custom hardshell case, a Certificate of Authenticity, and full owner's manual and adjustment literature. Each also is covered by Gibson's Limited Lifetime Warranty and 24/7/365 Customer Service.
Body and Finish
Made from the classic tonewood combination of carved maple top and one-piece mahogany back, and dressed in a faded nitrocellulose "Felder Burst" finish atop a figured maple cap, the Don Felder "Hotel California" 1959 Les Paul embodies the original '59 Les Paul on which Felder recorded all of his leads for the groundbreaking Hotel California album.
Neck, Headstock and Fingerboard
A neck made from one piece of solid mahogany is carved to an accurate, chunky, rounded '59 profile and is glued into the guitar's body with a deep-set long neck tenon, a joint known to aid strength and resonance. The neck is capped with a rosewood fingerboard with aged acrylic pearloid trapazoid inlays and 22 medium-jumbo frets, and its headstock is back-angled to the traditional 17 degrees.
Pickups and Electronics
A pair of BurstBucker humbucking pickups - a BB2 in the neck and a BB1 in the bridge - accurately replicate the tone and performance of the original PAF pickups in Don Felder's '59 Les Paul. They are routed through high-quality CTS pots for volume and tone, with "bumble bee" tone capacitors, and a Switchcraft three-way toggle switch, and a Switchcraft output jack.
Hardware
Like most classic late-'50s Les Pauls, the Don Felder "Hotel California" 1959 Les Paul carries the legendary complement of Tune-o-matic bridge and stopbar tailpiece, accompanied by a set of vintage Kluson-style tuners with green "keystone" buttons and stamped-steel covers plated in nickel. Its strap is secured by Gibson's traditional aluminum buttons.

THIS BEAUTY IS IN WORN HONEY BURST,AWESOME SOUND AND PLAYABILITY.
Les Paul Studio '60s Tribute
In honor of the final incarnation of the original Les Paul, Gibson USA is proud to present the acclaimed Les Paul Studio in an exciting new package. The new Les Paul Studio ’60s Tribute model embodies the look and tone of the great original Les Pauls from the 1960s, at a price that fits the wallets of today’s hardworking musicians. Ever since its introduction in 1983, the Les Paul Studio model has been enormously popular with players seeking the power and versatility of the original Les Paul Standard in a ready-for-action package, with a price to match. The Les Paul Studio '60s Tribute sticks to the script entirely, but its five worn '50s-style finishes reflect the wear of a well-played guitar and its meaty dual single-coil P-90 pickups give it a look akin to classics from the decade of the Les Paul's birth. Meanwhile, its fast SlimTaper™ neck profile reflects the feel of Les Paul Standards from 1960, the year before this legendary solidbody was deleted (temporarily!) from the Gibson lineup.

GIBSON LES PAUL STD'' GARY MOORE TRIBUTE''' LEMONBURST 2013 (sold)
Gary Moore Les Paul Standard
From his scorching playing with Skid Row and Thin Lizzy to his incendiary solo work, Gary Moore produced some of the most powerful guitar performances known to stage and studio from the mid ’70s right up until his untimely death in 2011. Throughout his career, Moore virtually defined high-octane blues-rock, coining a signature tone that thousands have sought to emulate. Across three decades of playing, his weapon of choice remained the mighty Les Paul, one of which was the legendary ’59 Burst originally owned by Fleetwood Mac guitarist Peter Green.
Now Gibson USA honors this certified guitar legend with the Gary Moore Les Paul Standard, a first-class Les Paul decked out to this demanding artist’s preferred specifications. Many details are reminiscent of the famed “Peter Green Les Paul,” formerly played by Gary Moore and now owned by collector Melvyn Franks. From its highly flamed maple top with Lemonburst finish, to its traditional Les Paul Model headstock with signature truss-rod cover, to its mismatched amber and gold top-hat knobs, the Gary Moore Les Paul Standard offers uncompromising looks. Plug in and fire up its BurstBucker Pro humbucking pickups via Orange Drop tone caps, all anchored with a quality TonePros™ hardware, and it rips it up with a tone fit to carry the name, Gary Moore.
Body and Neck
The Gary Moore Les Paul Standard is rooted in Les Paul tradition, with a top carved from figured Grade-AA maple, and a back crafted from Grade-A mahogany. To better show of the luscious nitrocellulose Lemonburst finish, the body carries no binding or pickguard. It is strategically weight-relieved to render this a superbly comfortable guitar. The neck is made from quarter-sawn Grade-A mahogany and carved to a rounded ’50s profile that measures 0.818” at the 1st fret and 0.963” at the 12th. It is topped with an unbound Granadillo fingerboard with 22 medium-jumbo frets and traditional acrylic trapezoid inlays.
Pickups and Electronics
The two BurstBucker Pro pickups on the Gary Moore Les Paul Standard blend the best of Gibson’s hallowed PAF humbuckers with the versatility required by today’s high-gain rockers. These pickups are made with Alnico V magnets and wound with 42 AWG wire—with extra turns in the bridge pickup’s coils for a hotter lead sound—but are wax potted to withstand high volume levels without microphonic squeal. The neck pickup is reversed in its mounting, in recognition of a similar modification to Peter Green’s Les Paul. The guitar carries the traditional control layout, with Orange Drop tone capacitors, and mismatched amber and gold top hat knobs on the neck and bridge pickup controls respectively.
Hardware and Appointments
A TonePros™ Tune-o-matic bridge and stopbar tailpiece with locking mounting hardware partner with TonePros™ Kluson green-key tuners to comprise a first-class hardware set.
Cases and Extras
Wrap it up in a vintage-brown Gibson hardshell case with Gary Moore signature, owner’s manual, adjustment literature, and Gibson USA’s Limited Lifetime Warranty, and it’s a fitting tribute to the man himself.

GIBSON FLYING V RUDOLF SCHENKER SIGNATURE SCORPIONS (SOLD)
Rudolf Schenker Flying V German guitar ace Rudolf Schenker's roots run to the very origins of heavy metal, and there's no finer rock pedigree on the planet. Schenker founded legendary metal outfit the Scorpions in 1965 when he was still in his teens, and the band rose to world domination in one of music's most competitive genres. Through it all, Schenker has been equally known for his blistering licks, incendiary tone, and radical style–so it's not surprising that the most revolutionary guitar ever created, the Gibson Flying V, has remained his main squeeze for more than four decades.
Now Gibson USA introduces the Rudolf Schenker Flying V, a guitar fully loaded with the look, feel, and tone that took the Scorpions to the pinnacle of rock achievement.
The Rudolf Schenker Flying V is immediately distinctive, with its timelessly innovative body styling and signature black-and-white finish in genuine nitrocellulose lacquer, but the appeal of this artist guitar runs far more than skin deep. Select tonewoods, classic hardware, and two of Gibson's most successful humbucking pickups prime it for optimum performance. The guitar even nails the feel of Rudolf's preferred Flying Vs, with his own fast custom neck profile and compact headstock shape. Experience the Rudolf Schenker Flying V for yourself at your authorized Gibson USA dealer, and get ready to get heavy.

2013 GARY MOORE TRIBUTE GIBSON LES PAUL STD LEMONBURST.(sold)
Slightly used model in ex condition, these guitars are discontinued
Plug in and fire up its BurstBucker Pro humbucking pickups via Orange Drop tone caps, all anchored with a quality TonePros hardware, and it rips it up with a tone fit to carry the name, Gary Moore.
A TonePros tune-o-matic bridge and stopbar tailpiece with locking mounting hardware partner with TonePros Kluson green-key tuners to comprise a first-class hardware set.
Case and extras
Wrap it up in a vintage-brown Gibson hardshell case with Gary Moore signature, owner’s manual and adjustment literature.

VALLEY ARTS/GIBSON BRENT MASON SIGNATURE BLACK ASH''RARE'' (sold sold)
THE BRENT MASON SIGNATURE CUSTOM PRO TELE IS ONE OF THE MOST VERSITILE TELE'S I CAME ACROSS !
THIS GUITAR HAS EVERYTHING-A HUMBUCKER-BLADE-AND A TRADITIONAL SINGLE COIL IN BRIDGE.
MOST OF THESE GUITARS WHERE MADE IN PEWTER,THIS IS THE BLACK ASH ! AND IT LOOKS AWESOME.
GUITAR IN VERY GOOD CONDITION AND COMPLETE WITH ORGINAL CASE AND FRETBOARD PROTECTOR
HERE SOME INFO I PICKED UP FROM THE I-NET
Super rare Brent Mason Telecaster in striking transfer black ash finish. Gorgeous sound and beautiful neck. A true collectible made by Gibson. Valley Arts Brent Mason signature model Pro-Level Versatility With a client list that included a who’s who of West Coast guitarists – Larry Carlton, Lee Ritenour, Tommy Tedesco, to name a few – Valley Arts gained a reputation in the 1980s for its custom guitars and professional repairs. Then, on the day after Christmas in 1990, a fire destroyed the company’s retail store, which accounted for the majority of its income. Devastated (and underinsured), McGuire and Carness opted against rebuilding. In November of 2002, Valley Arts was “born again” with the help of Gibson. Seeing potential for the line, and needing its own custom-build facility to handle lines it didn’t have at the time, the godfather of the guitar bought the Valley Arts name, and using space it already owned in Nashville, set up shop. In late 2003, Valley Arts opened a new facility in Nashville that includes a full-line music store, guitar repair center, a manufacturing facility, plus space for a restaurant and a music venue. Valley Arts and session king Brent Mason recently unveiled the Brent Mason signature model. Mason’s resume includes pretty much everyone, and he has won multiple Academy of Country Music “Guitarist of the Year” awards, as well as the County Music Association’s Musician of the year. Why do you suppose they’d pick him for a signature model guitar? The Mason model is a re-creation of his personal (and heavily customized) instrument, which he uses in the studio and live. It’s a classic single-cut, but with a much more versatile arsenal of pickups, and a unique look. Made of swamp ash carved in a traditional single-cutaway body style, the Mason employs a bolt-on one-piece maple neck capped with a maple 14?-radius maple fretboard. The neck has a 251/2? scale length, 22 polished medium frets, and dot markers. A very Fender-esque bridge sports steel saddles, satin-finished Sperzel locking tuners, Dunlop strap locks, and a gold control plate with chrome knobs. Pickups include a chrome-covered Gibson mini-humbucker in the neck position, a Seymour Duncan Classic Stack in the middle, and a Duncan Vintage Lead Stack in the bridge. Controls include a three-way blade pickup selector, volume control for the neck and bridge pickups, separate volume for the middle pickup, and a master tone control with a push/pull tap for the middle pickup. The separate volume for the middle pickup offer a total of seven pickup combinations! From a playability standpoint, our test guitar was fantastic, right out of the case. The action was comfortably low, and the neck has a “mixed” feel to it, the flatter fretboard radius and bigger “U” profile are definitely on the Gibson side, but the tension of the 251/2? scale length gives it Fender feel, as well. The guitar has a good, balanced feel. It took only a few minutes to get comfortable with the guitar, and the polished frets and flat-radius fretboard help it play effortlessly. We plugged into a Crate V5212 tube combo to check out the tone of the Valley Arts. The Duncan Vintage Lead Stack had a fat, punchy tone in the clean channel of the Crate, but like most stacked single-coils, it missed a bit of the snap and sparkle compared to a traditional Tele pickup. But that’s the price one pays for a hum-free sound. Blending the middle Duncan adds that missing bell tone, along with some nice out-of-phase sound. The combination sports a big, lush sound – very usable, with good note separation. Tapping the middle pickup thins the sound a bit, giving it more sparkle and high-end, but at the expense of some of that “roundness.” The big surprise was how well the Gibson mini-humbucker sounded. It wasn’t at all mushy or dull, like one might expect a humbucker to sound in the neck position. The tone is round and full, like a humbucker, but had some sparkle on the top-end, and good note definition. Even with the overdrive piled on, the pickup retained good note separation and definition. Typically, in a H/S/S setup, a humbucker – especially in the neck position – will overpower the single-coils and sound out of place. Not so with this guitar; all the pickups meshed very well together and sounded a matched set even though they were quite different from each other. Blending in the middle Duncan with the mini-humbucker gave a cool, lush tone reminiscent of a Stratocaster, and then adding the bridge pickup made the sound even bigger. The Mason signature is every bit what you expect when you take it from its case; a good-playing, great-sounding workhorse axe with a variety of usable tones. Valley Arts Brent Mason model Type of Guitar Electric solidbody. Features Swamp Ash body, maple neck and fretboard, Seymour Duncan single-coils, Gibson mini-humbucker, chrome hardware, locking Sperzel tuners.
